Shreem Yogshala

We are more than a yoga school, we are a holistic healing sanctuary. Rooted in the timeless wisdom of Yoga and supported by the principles of Ayurveda and meditation, our space is dedicated to nurturing the body, calming the mind, and awakening inner awareness. We offer comprehensive Yoga Teacher Training Courses (YTTC), immersive wellness retreats, and transformative residential programs designed to support complete well-being.

What is multi-style yoga training?

Most yoga schools teach one style and call it complete. At Shreem Yogshala, we believe a well-rounded yoga instructor needs to understand multiple traditions — because every student is different.

Our multi-style yoga teacher training in Goa combines three powerful asana traditions: Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Hatha yoga. Ashtanga builds discipline and sequencing intelligence. Vinyasa teaches flow, creativity, and breath-movement synchronisation. Hatha is the most ancient practice that grounds you in alignment, stillness, and classical technique. Together, they prepare you to teach confidently across different settings, different students, and different needs — something no single-style training can offer.

Our yoga courses in Goa are designed to be deeply immersive — not just another certification programme. Here is what you can expect:

Daily asana, pranayama, and meditation practice. In addition, you’ll also learn human anatomy and physiology, yogic philosophy and the study of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, teaching methodology and practicum, and hands-on adjustments training. Not only this, a dedicated class on how to sequence and lead a class from your very first day of teaching is also taught.

All of this unfolds in our sanctuary in North Goa — 100 metres from the sea — with food and accommodation fully included.

This course is open to anyone who feels called to go deeper into yoga — whether you are a beginner, a dedicated home practitioner, or someone ready to step into teaching. Our yoga training in Goa welcomes students from all walks of life and all corners of the world.

If you have ever felt that yoga is changing something in you and you want to understand why — this course is for you. You do not need years of experience. You need genuine willingness to show up, learn, and grow.

A single-style training makes you a specialist. A multi-style training makes you a complete yoga instructor.

When you complete a 200 hour yoga teacher training in Goa with a multi-style approach, you graduate with the ability to teach Ashtanga’s structured sequences, Vinyasa’s creative flow, and Hatha’s classical foundation — all in one certification. This means you are employable at a far wider range of studios, retreats, and wellness spaces globally.

Yes. The 200 hour yoga teacher training in Goa at Shreem Yogshala includes both a written and a practical examination at the end of the programme.

The written exam covers yoga philosophy, the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, and human anatomy. The practical requires you to independently lead a full asana class and a guided meditation session — from opening to closing — assessed by your teachers.

This dual assessment ensures that when you graduate with your internationally accredited Yoga Alliance USA certification, you are genuinely ready to teach — not just certified on paper.
