Shreem Yogshala

.

Shreem Yogshala’s 100 hour online yoga teacher training is built for practitioners and teachers ready to go deeper into their practice while sharpening their teaching craft through Vinyasa’s signature breath-led flow. In Vinyasa, every movement is timed to an inhale or exhale, creating continuous sequences that build heat, strength, and fluid motion. While gentler practices invite stillness, Vinyasa channels energy, presence, and creative self-expression, making it one of the most popular and widely taught styles practiced today. Through this course, you’ll gain the philosophical foundation, anatomical knowledge, and practical teaching skills to carry this practice forward to your own students, no matter where your teaching path leads.

Shreem Yogshala has built this course to match the depth and rigor of our advanced training programs, led by faculty who live and breathe traditional practice every day.

  • Trained and mentored by the same faculty who teach our on-campus North Goa programs
  • Certification recognised by Yoga Alliance upon course completion
  • Focused, small-group batches that allow for individual guidance and correction
  • Structured daily practice, workshops, and anatomy study built for genuine teaching readiness
  • A curriculum weaving together classical yogic philosophy and modern anatomical science

Understand the core ideas behind breath-driven movement, the concept of vinyasa krama or intelligent sequencing, and how this style fits within the wider yogic tradition.

Get an in-depth understanding of the spine, shoulders, hips, hamstrings, and core, and learn how each region moves through sun salutations, standing poses, backbends, and arm balances.

Learn the essential Vinyasa postures and their variations, plus how to design thoughtful sequences that build from warm-up to peak pose and back down to rest.

Develop a strong foundation in ujjayi breath, the energetic locks (bandhas), and the breath-to-movement timing that gives Vinyasa its distinctive rhythm.

Sharpen your ability to spot misalignment and offer clear, confident corrections throughout a Vinyasa sequence.

Build your own flow and sequencing, verbal cues, and how to hold space through a continuously moving class.

  • Beginners wanting to understand breath, body movement, and asana sequencing from the ground up
  • Certified practitioners looking to specialise further in Vinyasa flow
  • Teachers hoping to expand their repertoire with a dynamic, flow-based style
  • Committed students aiming to deepen their own personal practice
  • Anyone pulled toward an active, breath-centered path who wants training rooted in authenticity

Once you complete the course, you’ll earn a globally recognised certificate that allows you to register as a Vinyasa yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance. This certification holds international standing and counts toward continuing education credits for teachers already certified.

Whether you’re a teacher aiming to specialise or a practitioner drawn to a more active, flow-based practice, Shreem Yogshala’s 100 hour yoga teacher training in Goa offers a genuine entry point into this powerful practice.
