Shreem Yogshala

.

A 24-day residential immersion in Multi-style Yoga

More than a certification- it’s a transformation.

At Shreem Yogshala, we focus not just on providing teacher trainings but on offering experiences that will transform the way you see the world and yourself. Our 200 hour yoga ttc in goa is a 24-day residential program designed for those who are ready for a deeper transformation. Not just deeper into postures, but deeper into the self.

Over 24 days, you will be immersed in traditional yogic practices — learning not only the multi-style form of asanas such as hatha, vinyasa, and ashtanga but also how to teach each style with confidence and precision.

“A true teacher does not give you answers. A true teacher gives you the clarity to find them yourself.”

At Shreem Yogshala, we believe every practitioner deserves to follow the yoga style that truly speaks to them, which is why, rather than limiting our students to a single style, we teach multiple yoga forms. So that later they can choose and excel in the style which resonates with them the most.

“You do not need to be perfect to begin. You only need to be sincere.”

Our yoga teacher training in goa is rooted directly in Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, Ayurvedic wisdom and the Panch Koshas framework — not trends, but timeless principles.
We keep our batches intentionally small, so every student receives personal attention — not just instruction, but a real student-teacher relationship.
The last village of Goa, 20 meters from the sea. The land, the ocean and the quiet — these are not just a backdrop. They are teachers in their own way.
Sattvic meals, Yogic philosophy, traditional yogic routine, sound healing, ice baths and cultural excursions — the training extends into every corner of your day.

Every session at Shreem Yogshala is led by experienced teachers who bring not just formal training, but years of personal practice, genuine sadhana and lived transformation to the mat.

At Shreem, the community you build is as transformative as the training itself. Students arrive as strangers, leave as family, and remain connected as a global circle of like-minded souls long after the 24 days are over.
